We visited the exhibit History of Komiks: Kenkoy’s 90th Anniversary– “Si Kenkoy at ang Sining ni Tony Velasquez” at Far Eastern University (FEU) on its opening day. Held at FEU’s Institute of Fine Arts and Architecture (IARFA) Exhibit Hall, the exhibit will run until April 12, 2019, and is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Created on january 11, 1929 by the Father of Philippine Komiks himself, Antonio “Tony” Velasquez spearheaded the introduction and rise of Komiks (comics) in the country.
